Coastguard Cultural Centre

The almost 150-year-old historic building which is today the Coastguard Cultural Centre Tramore sits majestically atop the Doneraile Walk enjoying a panoramic vista of Tramore Bay.

The beautiful building and its Seafront walled gardens are home to the delightful Coastguard Café, Gallery and Craft Shop.

Visitors can enjoy relaxing at the Coastguard Café and watch the waves lap the shore of Tramore’s famous beach. The Café offers a selection of teas and coffees, delicious cakes and snacks and savoury delights such as homemade soups and freshly prepared light lunches.

Access to the first floor Art Gallery is free of charge and visitors can enjoy browsing an exhibition or take in the art on the Café walls and at the Coastguard Creatives Craft Shop.

The venue is known for its lively calendar of pop-up’s, events, readings, exhibitions and more, for up to the minute details see or follow Coastguard Cultural Centre on social media.

The Coastguard Cultural Centre Tramore is operated as a community facility by Tramore Development Trust, a registered charity.
