Tetyana relocated to Ireland with her family in the early 2000’s from Ukraine & brought with her a love or sushi and a qualification from the “Sushi Academy of London”
The idea for this business emerged from her children’s school lunches. Parents actively sought out the product by the platter
Glorious Sushi, began its humble beginnings in the Community Ecopark in Dunhill in 2012 with 3 staff. During this time, Tetyana supplied her goods to local supermarkets
The success of Glorious Sushi within Aldi and other major supermarket chains led Tetyana to extend her range within her category & also to relocate her production facility to a state of the art, BRC accredited & award winning facility in the seaside town of Tramore in 2017
Tetyana now employs 17 staff
The consumer challenge was to find healthy & nutritious meal options without compromising on flavour & nutrition
