Adriano from renowned Italian Restaurant Azzurro in Dunmore East ventured to the coast of Tramore to trial his food pop up in The Ritz Bar in 2018. After a successful summer, The Shack pizzeria & grill officially opened permanently with its original wood fired pizza and grill. You can enjoy your freshly made pizza and a drink in the beautiful surrounds of the Ritz Beer garden or at home with a choice of wine from their takeaway menu.
