Having served 21 years in the Defence Forces, coffee was always a bridge to meet, talk or build relationships with military peers. While touring the Middle East and Africa, my passion for coffee really ignited as I began sampling various blends. The different characteristics of each coffee fascinated me and upon returning home I couldn’t wait to continue my education in coffee and the various roasting methods.
What originated as a hobby quickly and organically grew into a small business, firstly supplying to family, friends and army colleagues and then on to local shops and cafes. Over the years I have developed my knowledge and roasting techniques. As I continue to learn, I in turn will educate our fantastic customers and I really hope you enjoy the coffee I roast.
